Everything in creation holds an energy frequency. It seems so obvious to many of us. Yet, so many have not embraced that philosophy. There are those that still choose to live unconsciously and make choices that are not in direct alignment and in harmony with their lives. Living, as well as non-living objects, hold resonancy, the frequency to which they vibrate.
Notes to Myself Have you ever woken up really early in the morning before anyone is up? You wake refreshed but somewhat groggy and disoriented. Perhaps you make a pot of coffee and sit in your favorite place enjoying the morning sounds and sights. In the background is the sound of birds and crickets chirping, and frogs croaking. You watch as the sun begins to rise and the light shifts and changes around you. There are no telephones ringing, people requiring your attention or things yet to do.
A Shift in Energy Notes to Myself I have been trying to write for the past few weeks but haven't been able to muster up any energy or put into words what I am thinking and feeling. I find I have enough energy to get the basics done and then after that all I can do is relax and do what I enjoy. I am appreciating the solitude and harmony of just going with the flow and be-ing in the moment. This is a very powerful time we are in, as you must know or feel on some level. The shifts and changes are monumental and life altering.
We have been undergoing a deep excavation process for a long time now. We have looked deep within our hearts and dealt with a lot of things we may have buried for some time. We were bombarded with issues that needed to be handled and resolved. Many of the things we were able to handle were handled; some issues couldn’t be resolved due to circumstances. The challenges we couldn't resolve for one reason or another were placed to the side for the time being to be dealt with when the timing is right.
Notes to Myself I was waiting to write when I had something really inspirational and uplifting to say. I was hoping that there would be a sudden shift and my enlightenment would return and the storm clouds would pass. Sorry, that is not the case. I was guided to write regardless with a deeply personal and honest perception of the energy of late and my inner guidance.
Notes to Myself My beloved dog, Staci passed away gently in the night on Valentine’s Day. I lay with her while she transitioned stroking her fur and murmuring how much I love her. I reminisced about all the fond memories we shared in the past 14 years. She was my companion when I did not have anyone else to depend on. Staci was by my side while raising my son. I cannot express the feelings her life and death have invoked in me. Well, I guess I will try to express it as best as I can. I found out she had a mass cell tumor nine months ago.
Notes to Myself Living Mindfully I was relaxing on the beach yesterday reading a good book. I saw myself in the main character. I was rooting for her, wondering how she was going to resolve her challenges. I thought about my current issues and I sat for a moment wondering how it would all work out. I am unable to see how it will unfold, although I trust that all will be good in the end. I reminded myself of all the insurmountable issues I've overcome. All of the times that I thought, how the heck will I ever accomplish that?! So why wouldn't my current situation resolve itself?!
The Grace of Acceptance Notes to Myself No matter where we are on the path to enlightenment it warrants a pause of rest and reflection. We have traveled far and gained so much knowledge and wisdom. Can we give ourselves credit for all the inner work we've done? Not only inner work, we've had to do a lot on the physical level as well, during this year of renegotiating the terms of our lives. Now is a time to just allow all of the energies around us to settle down and integrate. Be still for a moment and just allow. Fear not. All is as it should be.
Notes to Myself How many times have we kicked ourselves for not following our intuition?! Much of the time we receive divine guidance but we discount it or allow logic or doubt to prevent us from listening to and acting upon our intuition. We are becoming more and more sensitive and our intuition is opening up to heightened levels of awareness. All we need to do is quiet our thoughts, slow down our bodies and pay attention.
Notes to Myself I report to you from within the void. I've been residing here since perhaps June or so. It has been a very sacred space but outgoing communication has been stunted. I can't seem to string a group of words together to form a sentence or complete a thought, so please bear with me as I try to describe the energy of late. The Full Moon effects were extremely powerful, and thus since, things have been illuminated quite well. Its as if a flashlight has been beamed into the dark recesses of our lives, thoughts and feelings. You can run, but you cannot hide!
Notes to Myself The past few months have been an intense time of integration and finishing up old stuff. So many new things are coming in as the old is departing. I see this time we are in as a warm, sunny day. A day when we are just relaxing outside in the fresh air. Suddenly a big cloud comes along and shields the sun from our view. It’s not so bad since it brings a gentle breeze. No sign of a big storm is imminent, were still enjoying what we have, however, we long for the warmth of the sunshine. This is my analogy of the last few months.

This has been a year rich in opportunity to grow in strength and wisdom, through various challenging situations. I have come to some major awareness regarding old patterns that no longer serve me, and was able to clear out a lot of emotional and mental baggage that I was carrying, disengaging from some old patterns. Better put? It's been a really intense year doing such deep soul work.

Notes to Myself Learning to be present in our bodies is essential. Many highly sensitive beings have a tendency to disconnect from their body and their life since it feels way too dense and overwhelming. When we are disconnected from our bodies and life we cannot manifest our potential since we are not paying attention to what is going on inside of or around us. Being mindful of being fully present in the moment (without scattered thoughts and emotions that keep us disassociated) and coming fully into our body (rather than hovering just outside of it where it is nice and safe).
