Our fifth wheel trailer was packed to the gills, our kids were strapped in and the other two couples had started a caravan behind us to our lakeside destination. The lady at the reservation desk had assured Dave that our lake front campsites were so close to the water we would only have to walk a few steps to wet our toes.
