The second initiation deals with learning to control and master the emotional or astral body. This involves mastering uncontrolled lower-self desires and replacing them with the higher desires of the Soul. Selfish desires are transcended, to a basic degree, by a desire to serve. Selfish love is replaced, to a beginning degree, by unconditional love. Moods and emotional roller coasters are beginning to be replaced by even-mindedness. So the second initiation marks the beginning of emotional and psychological cleansing.

The Synthesis Ashram is an ashram or teaching center on the inner plane which originally was headed by the Ascended Master Djwhal Khul, and which now is headed by one of Djwhal Khul’s senior students, Dr Joshua David Stone. Every Ascended Master has such a teaching center and ashram on the inner plane where their pupils come to retreat, learn and grow. An ashram is a community of like-minded people who feel a special resonance to a Spiritual teacher. What is unique about the Synthesis Ashram is that it includes and synthesis all seven rays.

According to Hindu tradition, the last thought on our mind before we die determines our next birth. Now, the Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the whole purpose of life is to break free from the wheel of rebirth altogether by taking our ascension. Ascension is the process of restoring oneness with our God Self, also called Monad or Ete al Self. To take our ascension means that our “next birth” will be in a higher dimension rather than in the physical world.

Many Lightworkers, as they awaken, develop psychic abilities. However, what most Lightworkers don’t understand is that there is both a higher and lower aspect to psychism. The biggest blind spot in channels today is negative ego interference – their own lower self and fear-based mind is interfering with their channelled messages. An example of such a channelling would be the fear-creating messages of planetary destruction, physical pole shifts and the likes. These channelings are illusionary. No Ascended Master will ever bring through a message that creates fear. They will always seek to empower and inspire. They see fear for what it is – an illusion of the lower mind.

The plane next above the mental plane is the buddhic plane. It is the habitat of the Higher Self or Oversoul. The buddhic plane is also called the causal plane because it is the realm of causation. From this plane the Soul can see the causes that it has set in motion and the steps that need to be taken in order to clear away any negative karma that is holding back its evolution.

It is okay to compare ourselves with ourselves to measure our Spiritual growth, but it is not okay to compare ourselves with others.

The Ascended Masters of the Spiritual Hierarchy have their own lives on the planes or realms they live. They have their own interests and growth objectives. However, part of what they do is to be actively involved in the evolution of humanity, as well as the Earth as a whole. So they are here to assist our growth and evolution, because essentially this is how they grow themselves as well. We all grow by serving each other. So they are all eager to help, however, the one thing they cannot do is infringe upon our free will, and this is why we must call on them and ask for their help.

We are the Soul and ultimately the Spirit that inhabits the four-body-system during (re)inca ation upon the planes of matter.

Any crisis is an opportunity for healing. The word “crisis” comes from the Greek and means “turning point in a disease.” So a crisis is truly an opportunity for a turning point in our lives. However, most people don’t realize their crises as an opportunity and so the opportunity is lost. We are programmed by our society to think of crises as something bad and to avoid at all costs. The Integrated Ascended Master, however, has the gift and ability to see in every crisis the potential for Spiritual growth and healing.

The astral plane is a world unto itself. It is much like the physical plane except that things have a greater lustre. A very, very long time ago when humanity was still very unevolved, one could travel at night to the astral plane (in the astral body) to receive learning and do service work. However, this is not true anymore today. The astral plane is actually a very unevolved plane and no one who is sincere about their Spiritual path goes there except for helping those who are trapped there.

If you miss a day, start over again from day one. It is unwritten law of the mind that whatever we do for 21 days straight, without interruption, becomes a habit in the subconscious mind. Whatever we can make into a habit, it will be ours for the rest of our lives! 1. I love myself unconditionally. 2. I forgive myself for all my mistakes. 3. I now realize that mistakes are positive, not negative.

The phrase “holy encounter” comes from A Course in Miracles. To practice the holy encounter means to regard every encounter with another person as holy: as God meeting God, Christ meeting Christ, Buddha meeting Buddha, Ete al Self meeting Ete al Self. To look at every person you meet as God, Christ, Buddha, and/or the Ete al Self means to look beyond physical appearance to the Spiritual essence of every person you meet.

Lightworkers are often very naïve and easily deceived by so-called Spiritual teachers because: 1. They have not been trained in Spiritual psychology. 2. They do not understand the fragmentation that can take place between the Superconscious, conscious and subconscious minds. 3. They have not been trained sufficiently in the difference betwee Spiritual thinking and negative ego thinking, and have actually no clue what negative ego is.r

Stay away from the lower psychic plane and dimension! It is a huge blind spot in the consciousness of Lightworkers in general to think that just because someone has passed over that they are any more evolved than they were on Earth. Our consciousness remains basically the same before and after death. Always put up psychic protection. Think of your auric field as your home. Most people in this world feel powerless. They give their power away to other people, outside situations, their emotions, physical body, subconscious mind, inner child, lower self desires, dreams, the weather, and so forth. As a student of tarot I consider myself very fortunate to have taken a friend's suggestion to read a book entitled The Game of Life by Timothy Leary. The Game of Life is centered around Leary's idea that the tarot trumps represent the stages of personal growth that humanity experiences both as individuals and as a species. According to Leary, the Major Arcana represent the stages of growth that our species evolves through, and he even included 2 extra trumps that uncover the way of the future.

When the Soul starts out its reinca ation process, the Soul is just beginning to gain experience in the physical worlds. It takes some rounds of birth and rebirth until the Soul gradually develops awareness. During these early stages, the emotional or astral body is hardly developed. It reacts, rather than acts, and the emotions are of a very basic and low nature. Over time, however, through the process of inca ation and reinca ation, the emotional or feeling body gradually grows more and more refined as the Soul develops appreciation for love and beauty.
