Without any particular order, here are the habits:
1. Ridiculously high water consumption
2. Eating 5-6 small meals, whether that's possible for you or not
3. Low/zero protein in one or more meals (fruits for snack? come on!
4. Demonizing foods or foods groups
5. Calorie consumption from sneaky sources like sweeteners
6. Picking foods based on scammy labels like "100% natural" or "sugar phree"
7. Intolerable hunger from the beginning
Each habit is bad for various reasons.
Take for example this idea that you *need* to drink a ton of water, no matter what.
It's based from an old study that suggested fluid consumption to be around 8-10 cups of water per day.
However did you notice the key words?
"Fluid consumption"
So if you're drinking coffe or tea, eating fruits and vegatables and consume foods that contain water...that counts as fluid consumption.
You don't need to drink 8-10 cups of water on top of everything else.
Also what about urine color?
That's a better indication of whether you need to drink water or not. So if it's yellow or dark yellow, sure. Drink some water. But if not, don't push yourself.
As I like saying:
It's not your fault for falling victim to all the B.S. out there
But it *will* become your fault if you keep falling victim again and again.
Then you won't be an innocent victim.
You'll be a willing victim as one of my mentors says, and there's no hope for you man.
That's why I suggest watching my masterclass and finally putting some order in your weight loss ordeals.
