Frequently we read or are told how to tell when we need to look for help and the things to look for to notice when we are going backward.
In my own experience, we do not often have an inventory list to check against when we are achieving.
On a cloudy damp Sunday morning, I offer you the following to consider. Those of you actually doing things to create a positive journey may want to watch and be grateful for these signs of increasing inner peace; something that was one of my goals::
* A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.

* An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

* A loss of interest in judging other people.

* A loss of interest in judging self.

* A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

* A loss of interest in conflict.

* A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)

* Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

* Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

* Frequent attacks of smiling.

* An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

* An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

If you find yourself experiencing these symptoms, keep doing what you’re doing!
