THIS IS THE DAY to make love with your partner, spouse, lover - get out your favourite "toys" and have a feast of love. Make this a special day to make time for yourselves together and enjoy each other's love. Do you remember that rosy feeling after a romantic weekend of love? Wouldn't you like to feel that again? Isn't it worth making an effort for?

THIS IS THE DAY to smile at every stranger - how good would YOU feel if everyone smiled at you on the way to work? How would YOUR day be if all the people you interacted with were happy and smiling? Don't dream about it - DO it :-)

THIS IS THE DAY to love yourself most of all - go on you can do it - look in a mirror, smile your biggest smile and tell yourself "I LOVE YOU". You're worth it. Make this a special day for YOU.

We can do all of these things all of the time, but THIS IS THE DAY that we try it out and put aside worries, concerns, fears, inhibitions, hate.... How would that feel if we all tried this LOVE thing at the same time? Would we all feel different afterwards?
