Because the body is made up of trillions of cells which are reproducing themselves every moment, technically it wouldn't be too hard to create a new body. Especially if you could convince the client (or yourself)to re-think their emotions and create new data in the DNA as the cells are reproduced. Think about it: all the protein in the body is replaced every six months, and in some organs like the liver every few weeks. The stomach lining is replaced every five days. Some parts such as the innermost lining is replaced every few minutes because of the acids it produces. We reproduce new skin every five days and the skeletal system is new every three months. Ninety-eight percent of the total number of atoms the our body are replaced at the end of a 7 year period: every cell in the body has been replaced.

Now, this is why I say we really can change this body if we have a MIND TO! More food for thought, if we use positive affirmations continuously, re-direct our thought patterns to more positive actions and heal the emotional system, why not? Yes, it will take time, but I know if the mind will believe what we tell it the body will follow.

When the old cells die and disappear, we can replace them with new programmed cells instead of old ones with dis-eased thoughts attached to them. With adequate nutrition, positive thought patterns, exercise and love we can replace the old body. Here we are treating the Body, Mind and Spirit. We will need to re-educate our people how to RE-LIVE their lives.

STRESS ON THE BODY AND THE TOLL IT TAKES!

Think of your day so far. You got up this morning: If you're lucky you didn't need to hurry too much. You had to figure out what to wear (if you're a woman that always takes time!), take a shower, fix your hair (if you have some), brush your teeth and get to the kitchen. Then, try to figure out what you are going to eat that either isn't fattening or that might taste good this early in the morning. If you pack a lunch, guess what? What do I fix that I didn't eat yesterday or the day before. If you have children and or a husband/wife, you can double all the above!

Now, you may have to take the kids to school first before you go to work, making sure they have their lunches you have so lovingly made. You then rush out into the traffic to battle your way down the highways and bi-ways to work. Get to the office or workplace only to be greeted by someone who had a terrible morning and got up late! Ouch. Now you get to start your day at work: Not much stress here, huh?

Of course the list goes on--and--on, and on. So when someone says to you, "Well I really don't have too much stress in my life," you might start by asking them what they did from the time they opened their eyes this morning until right this very moment. It might shock them to realize just how stressful the day has been. If they have a concern bothering them you can add that to it as well.

We know, of course, that not all stress is harmful. Some may be beneficial. However, it is the long-lasting day-today stress that eats up the body and the nutrients. So be kind to yourselves, relax, breath. Next continuing Article: "FIGHT OR FLIGHT" RESPONSE AND HOW THE BODY WORKS.
