It is sad in this day and age, with so many intelligent people on this planet, that we still don’t know what causes pain in our body, the source of the pain and the reason that led to pain being expressed anywhere or somewhere in the body. In this particular case, it is centered in our neck.

Again the good news is that we don’t have to continuously treat our neck pain when we truthfully can recognize where it comes from. Continuously treating our neck is not going to make our neck any better, but if we are not treating it, we may think and feel that it is worse from not treating it; it gets worse by default. This point of view is definitely supported whole heartedly by our logical thinking.

We as humans always think that our logic is always right but in reality or truthfully is wrong and not right most of the time. I support this statement that I have just made and can prove it. Our logic is hardly ever right especially when our logic does not lead to any resolution of problems in our life; in this case it is the pain that has been going on in our neck. Once again similar to the back pain, it is not for you to try to understand why you get that neck pain in the first place because whatever you think, logically identified and rationally deducted in your mind and arrived to your conclusion what it is; is not what it is.

If it is truthfully what it is; what it is would resolved your pain. In fact the more you try to understand and/or hired health and fitness professionals to support your reasons for the pain would guarantee to intensify your pain. If what they say doesn’t resolve your pain, what they claimed it is, even though it is very educational from an academic standpoint is not the truth.

Practically from all logical points of view, it is the misalignment, the pitching of the nerves, muscle spasms, structural degeneration, Myofascitis, and arthritis which is the damage that is claimed to be causing the neck pain. However this is actually opposite to the truth. It is the pain that leads to misalignment as a result of compensation of the pain. The misalignment may show to be pitching the nerves, but the pain was already there to begin with. Muscle spasms along with the fancy terminology myofascitis, which the inflammation of muscles and fascia are the reactions to the existing pain. It is the pain that traps the dead cells, tissues and organs and their waste products that led to the structural degeneration.

Arthritis if it’s rheumatoid is the de-generation of the cervical joints accompanied by pathogenic infections. If it is osteoarthritis then the cervical joints are accompanied by excessive mineral accumulations.

Then where is the pain coming from? In fact most of the pain we experience in our body comes not from physical sources. They are pains in our mind and spiritual experiences in our lifetime being expressed sooner or later but mostly later in our life directed to our body.

Logically we would defend that our source of pain came from the injury we think we sustained and the illness we think we have been experiencing. This is further from the truth. If we didn’t have the surpassed pain that has been harboring in our mind, spirit and body it would have been more difficult for us to be injured or become sick in the first place.

You could even be shown that the source of your neck pain doesn’t even come from your neck. It could be coming from any part of your body other than your neck. This is the primary reason why patients don’t get better when the neck is continuously treated.
