Back pain is a problem that affects 80 percent of people. This problem can be debilitating. Back pain can make it hard to do simple tasks. There are several things that you can do to alleviate back pain.

Endorphins are natural painkillers. When your body releases them, they naturally kill pain. You can release endorphins by getting a massage, exercising and meditating.
Follow a Healthy Diet
Back pain can be worsened or triggered by inflammation. You can naturally reduce inflammation by following a healthy diet. Potassium-rich foods such as bananas, avocados and cultured diary can reduce inflammation. Omega 3 fatty acids, which are found in flaxseed and wild-caught salmon, can also reduce inflammation.
Additionally, there are some supplements that you can take in order to reduce inflammation. Fish oil is one of the supplements that you can take. It has omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are needed in the form of a supplement because most people’s diet lack this nutrient.
Magnesium is another supplement that you can take. It is known as the relaxation mineral.
Exercise Your Core
Your back is a part of your core. Therefore, if you strengthen your core, then you can get rid of your back pain. You can start off by doing core exercises 10 to 20 minutes per day. You can gradually increase your time to 30 minutes.
Use Hot and Cold
Cold packs and hot packs are both effective for alleviating pain. Cold therapy can alleviate inflammation. It also has a pain-relieving effect. Heat therapy can stop the brain from receiving pain messages. It can also increase blood flow.
Chiropractor Adjustment
Seeing a chiropractor like Fulk Chiropractic or someone similar on a regular basis is one of the best things that you can do in order to manage back pain. Back pain is often caused by a misalignment of the vertebrae. A misaligned vertebrae can not only cause back pain, but it can also cause serious health problems.
