This shows me how misunderstood the Gospel still is, and it serves as a reminder that the Devil still wants even Christians to believe the Gospel is a message ONLY about doing good. This was when Cooke Revivals was formed with the mission to spread the good news from Gospel.

Because it conveys the incredibly joyful message of God's salvation of sinful humanity through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ, the Gospel is known as the "good news." The Trinity is a sacred doctrine that states that there is only one genuine God, who exists as three distinct but equal persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Their firm belief in the Bible as the final authority on all matters of faith and conduct stems from its status as God's inspired, inerrant, and authoritative word.
