"The greatest revolution of our generation is the discovery that human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives." William James, a Harvard Psychologist

Mind to Mind, Soul to Soul, Heart to Heart; we are all connected through the One Source. We all have access to the same energy. We can fall in with the naysayers and live our life through other peoples’ eyes and experiences OR we can create our own reality by living in the paradox. Ernest Holmes said, “It is done unto you as you believe -- good, bad, or indifferent: AS. Therefore, we do not deny a situation; we deny the situation has to continue.” Living in the paradox is recognizing the reality of something and then intending something entirely different; knowing that any current situation can be changed by focusing our attention on a new intention. My bank account may look one way but I intend that I am financially solvent; I do not have to know the hows, all that is required is the intention, the belief and the emotional energy to know that is my reality. So I know for each of us a time out each day to verbally name our intention, to visualize it “as if” and to confidently expect the Universe to respond. I know for each of us when a negative old belief or thought creeps in we acknowledge it, bless it and release it back into the pure, clean energy of Source. I am grateful for knowing that we each co-create – good, bad or indifferent. I am grateful we are each at choice. I release this prayer into the Law knowing that it is already so. I effortlessly surrender and let it go and in the allowing let God. And so it is.
