• 3 cups curd
• 1 cup mint leaves (finely chopped)
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• 1/2tsp roasted cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp black rock salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt to taste

Method to prepare Pudina Raita:

1. Mix the curd with a hand mixer.
2. Make a smooth paste of mint leaves, blends the mint leaves and chilies in a blender with little water.
3. Add the mint paste in a curd.
4. Now mix roasted cumin seed powder, black pepper and rock salt to it. Mix it well.

• 1 big potato (boiled)

• 1 Tomato

• salt (namak) to taste
• 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
• 2tsp lime juice

Method to cook salad basket:

1. Cut potato, sweet potato, cucumber and tomato into thick pieces.

3. In a bowl put sprouts, pomegranate, green chilli and inner part of porato, sweet potato, cucumber and tomato.
4. Add salt, chaat masala and lime juice.
5. Mix well
6. Put the mixture in hollows of vegetables.
7. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.

Tandoori Paneer Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 green chilly (hari mirch)
• 2 onion (pyaj)
• 1/4 cup curd (dahi)
• 2 cup gram flour (besan)
• a pinch baking powder
• 1/2 tsp red chilly powder (lal mirch)
• 1 tsp salt (namak)
• a pinch orange colour
• oil for frying

Method to cook Tandoori Paneer Pakora:

1. Cut paneer, hari mirch and pyaj into small long pieces.
2. Mix dahi, namak, lal mirch, baking powder and orange colour in besan and make a thick batter using water.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Dip a piece of paneer, hari mirch and onion in the batter and deep fry in oil.
5. Sprinkle some tandoori masala on all pakoras and serve them hot.
