What if it suddenly became clear that Love, Joy, and Peace was within you even though at times outside circumstances attempted to draw you away from that Love, Joy, and Peace?
Just begin to imagine feeling challenged by life’s circumstances or being overwhelmed by your responsibility in order to get a sense of what it is like to be drawn away from that Love, Joy and Peace that is within you.
And as you do read the following words from the Bible very carefully…
“He woke up and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” Then the wind ceased, and there was a dead calm.” Mark 4:39
In this moment I want you to understand, just understand that the wind is your life circumstances and the sea is your responsibility yet when you forget that Love, Joy and Peace is within you the wind of your life circumstances can create the illusion that you must chase the wind in order to experience that Love, Joy, and Peace within you.
Yet, the truth is that is when you still your mind within and be still the winds and seas of life follow as they are within you as well.
As time goes on you will find yourself begin to realize that when you wish to return to that Love, Joy, and Peace that is within you there is no need to go looking outside yourself to find it.
In fact, all you have to do is take a few moments to remember that it is within you and then go there.
Allow yourself to quiet your mind so that you can fell the calmness of the Spirit that is within you as you rest in the silence of a moment of now. And when your thoughts return let gratitude and appreciation fill your mind and heart as you again return to and reconnect with all that Love, Joy, and Peace that is within the center of your being.
