No matter how much we try to think straight, we are become so overwhelmed by our troubles that we allow ourselves to spiral down into negative thinking. We fall into the trap of despair and Lose Faith in everything.

When we Lose Faith in ourselves often times we search frantically for someone or something to lead us out of the dark. Then when all else fails, in our darkest hour we muster enough energy for one last ditch effort to preserve our sanity in a entity we can not see, touch or hear….Faith.

Faith is the belief in the unseen and believing beyond normal human thinking and tangible comprehension.

Aristotle Onassis once said “It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light”

When we are facing challenging situations don’t Lose Faith. Struggle and challenges are there to show us what we are truly made of and that we are stronger then we give ourselves credit for.

Don’t Lose Faith, throughout history human’s have learned to rise above the ashes time and time again.

Many may have failed, allowed themselves to Lose Faith and been totally destroyed .Yet you have a choice, you have the ability to turn things around. We are all given a mind to think of solutions, a heart to keep us strong through challenging circumstances, and a body to take the necessary actions.

Faith is the belief that we could hang on when the material world fails us. Faith is the food of our soul to keep our most basic existence in place.

It is important to not Lose Faith because it participates in our day to day lives whether we are aware of it or not.

OK, fine,
