Yep, you read that right….. You CAN have Donuts with your Coffee, well, Bikini Mom Approved Donuts, that is…….and they’re loaded with protein. Homer Simpson would be beaming with delight. I swear, nothing is better on a crisp Fall morning than a piping hot cup of Joe and a warm, freshly baked donut. You can try all of the variations below, I personally LOVE the pumpkin flavor, as does my three year old. I absolutely love creating Bikini Mom Foods that my whole family will eat. It saves us so much time and money! Trust me, your loved ones will eat every last crumb.
Now, wipe off that drool and get to baking! Here’s what you need:


• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp Coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (chocolate almond milk for chocolate donuts)
• 1/3 cups egg whites (Vegan, make 3 flax eggs ~ 2tbs flaxseed meal & 1/4 cup water)
• 1 tsp stevia (or organic sugar, it’s up to you)
• dash of cinnamon
• (add 2 tbs cocoa powder if you’re making chocolate donuts!)
~ Sprinkle a bit of protein powder over your prep area ( instead of flour), put the dough on the powder and roll it out to about half an inch thick, using the provided cutter, cut out your donuts
• Place into your donut machine , available for cheap at Target, Wal Mart etc.
• Follow the directions for timing that came with your machine
• Place three layers of paper towels on a plate and place finished donuts to set
• Brew your coffee, pour and devour your donut!

Honey Glaze Donuts ~ Drizzle with organic honey

Pumpkin ~ Add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice seasoning to your mixture

Cinnamon Sugar ~ Sprinkle donuts with a pinch of cinnamon and crystallized stevia

Crazy for Chocolate ~ put 2 tbs cocoa powder in your recipe mix! Top with melted organic dark chocolate.

Apple Cinnamon ~ dice up a small apple and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix in batter


Vanilla Protein Latte:
• Double Shot Espresso (or 4 oz. strong coffee)
• 6 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Shake Protein powder with Almond milk (we use a shaker bottle). Steam & froth!
• Pour mixture into a coffee cup with espresso
• Double Shot Espresso (or 4 oz. strong coffee)
• Add 1 tsp cocoa powder to espresso and mix thouroughly
• Top with 6 oz. Unsweetened Steamed Chocolate Almond Milk with 1 tbs choc. protein powder
Pumpkin Spice Latte:
• Double Shot Espresso (or 4 oz. strong coffee)
• 1 Tbs. Pumpkin Puree
• 1/2 tsp. cloves (you can also add nutmeg)
• 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (any pumpkin spice from the grocery store)
• Mix all ingridients together
• Top with 6 oz. steamed Almond Milk
