It has been said that a picture paints a thousand words. It is also true to say that a face tells the story of a lifetime. It is so many times quite easy to look at someone’s face and tell the story of their life; it is for that reason that you should, as a part of your beauty therapy, develop the art of self love. Discover the wonderful feeling of truly falling in love for the first time, understanding that if you feel gorgeous on the inside it is sure to reflect that beauty on the outside. Let not the opinions of others determine how you perceive yourself. God never created imperfection. You, like everyone else who has traveled the earth came as the perfect embodiment of Divinity.

Those who try to define you do so from a skewed point of view. Basking in the glory of their ignorance they speak expertly of what they know not. Had they the ability to perceive perfection, they would have realized it in you. Your flat, broad, straight or crocked nose is perfectly created for you. Your short, tall, skinny, thick body was the work of a master craftsman. You have without a doubt the body and features you needed to aid you in the journey you have come here to walk. Nothing is a mistake, it is simply perfection displayed in a unique showcase, one that can never be duplicated or imitated.

Let not the opinions of others cause you to think negatively of yourself and as a result fall into the trap so many descend into, making themselves an easy target for destructive, abusive relationships. Remember this, those who prey on the vulnerability of others are quite expert at choosing their victims, they know how to read the signs and how to manipulate their way into their victim’s life with disastrous consequences.

So choose to reject the voices of the myriad, pseudo beauty experts and listen to the voice of the one within, the only one qualified to define beauty, real beauty – the kind that you possess. Choose today to love you like you need to be loved; like you wish to be loved; like you deserve to be loved. Today look at yourself in the mirror and declare, “Wow! Where have you been all my life? Your beauty defies words; your perfection is amazing; I am stunned into ecstasy with the wonder of you. Oh My Gosh! I can’t believe it, but I think…I think…I think I’m in love”
