Heartily person is soft-natured and straightforward. They have admiration and feeling of gratitude for others. They are unwavering and so can take decision with proper understanding the situation and without confusion. They keep calm and emotionally well balanced and displays patience. They promote unity and doesn’t allow differences to form among his family or team. When things go wrong their approach is to solve it instead of blaming and wasting time and energy in finding faults of others. They would not always look at profit and loss but would weigh overall benefit for wider community and long-term benefits. Their ego is balanced and normal. Overall, they seem to be satisfied by their life and are at peace with their own self. Even when you compare big corporates companies the employee favorite are the heart driven owners over just the ones running after figures.

Being heartily does not mean emotional. Emotional means like soda water it goes up and down and there is no balance. Emotional person is partial and would take sides. Heartily person will be balanced it won’t be partial towards person who comes crying or who is complaining. Heartily person will see to it that no one is hurt by their mind-speech-action. A heartily person would use heart when dealing with his near ones and use intellect when dealing with business or non-living things. When you heartily appreciate the positive qualities in others, those qualities manifest in you. Our strength increases by heartily accepting the positive in others. It’s the jealousy and comparing ourselves and seeing negative of others that ruins all our energy and leave us with emptiness and frustration. Whatever other person gets is in accordance to their karmas. When we wish well of others, the very feeling will remove obstacles impeding our own development and improve our own performance. What causes bondage of karmas is
the inner intent. Therefore, be aware of the inner intent and do not spoil it.

People will soon forget what you said but will always remember how heartily you said and dealt with. If we take the heartily approach, then the other person too will do the same.
