Many alternative medical practitioners believe that most of the skin conditions have their roots in the internal system of the body. However, most of us follow a poor diet, eat junk foods, sodas and processed foods, drink alcohol, and are exposed to environmental toxins like air pollutants, pesticides, and chemicals in cosmetics and household articles. All these can contribute to the build-up of toxins in the body, which may lead to several health problems, including skin conditions. A proper blood cleansing is nowadays widely regarded as one of the best means to expel toxins from the body and to deal with several types of skin ailments.

This medicinal plant is well known for its antibacterial and blood purifying properties and its ability to cure acne, eczema, and psoriasis. It is available as oil, pills, soap, and shampoo. Red clover is another blood purifier herb that can be used to alleviate various skin conditions, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, and skin rashes. It can be taken as a tea, tincture, capsule, tablet, or liquid extract. Teas made from Echinacea, milk thistle, and nettles are also beneficial in reducing skin problems associated with toxins in the blood.

Sheep sorrel is also a best natural blood cleanser to prevent skin conditions. It can be used topically to treat eczema, rashes, hives, poison ivy, and herpes. Sheep sorrel poultice is found to be effective to cure tumors and cysts. Yellow dock, a common weed, is a further natural blood purifier. It can be used to treat insect bites, rashes, boils, wounds, and skin cuts. This herb has the ability to purify blood, detox liver, boost the functions of liver, kidney and lymph glands and improve digestive enzymes and the flow of bile.
