How do you plan, organize & prioritize your daily tasks?

In this article we want to bring out the importance of daily planning & monitoring for a project to be in control.

No 1. The daily tasks should be a subset of a larger plan which again should have been broken down from a goal you have for your project (any project).

No 2. Create a To Do list for the day on the previous day end

No 3. This to do should have activities for the day, whatever you can complete with a bit of stretching(don't make it too easy). Have a column for Activities completed Yes/ No(Reasons for non completion, which is the lessons learned ). Mention potential risks & how they will be tackled.

No 4. Morning of the day conduct a stand up meeting with each trade presenting their lists as above, to promote collaboration, which is vital.

No 5. Learn lessons from non complete activities, include in next day's list & keep going with this cycle.
