A person’s peace can flow naturally from within, but ONLY after acquiring Self-realisation. What prevents one from experiencing one’s natural peace is the false belief of, “I am the body and the name.” Because of the false belief of one’s real Self, one is continuously searching for peace and happiness from the material and worldly life, which in its nature is short-lived and fleeting.

Material happiness is full of dependency and subject to increase and decrease in intensity. Moreover one is entirely dependent on one’s own good or bad karma.
But upon attainment of Self-realisation, the bliss of the Soul by its inherent nature will flow naturally from within. This bliss is not reliant on anyone or any situation, it just flows naturally from within. As one’s understanding of their real Self grows, so does one’s innate happiness.

“You have become disillusioned; the wrong belief has set in and that is why you are unhappy. When the wrong belief leaves and the ‘right belief’ sets in, there is nothing but happiness. “

After acquiring Self-realisation, the right understanding is established that “I am not this name and body, rather I am a pure Soul.” Thereafter, as one’s awareness of the Self (the Pure Soul) increases, one experiences the following changes within:
Tension and worries start reducing.Anger, pride, deceit, and greed, which are the main causes of misery, begin to lessen their effects on you.As the right understanding increases, fear, suffering and despair slowly begin to leave and peace reigns within. One starts seeing one’s own mistakes, rather than those of others, and thus stops blaming others.

One experiences unity - a feeling of oneness - with every living being. After Self-realisation, life naturally turns toward positivity. After Self-Realisation, one sees the world from the perspective of the real Self now. Before Self-realisation, the world was perceived through the intellect and worldly knowledge.

It is the role of the intellect to keep showing the good and bad in every situation, thereby keeping us tied to worldly life and suffering. The intellect shows us faults of others, and keeps one’s own mistakes hidden. This is how the cause of suffering and misery perpetuates. Whereas, through the vision of the Self, one sees things from the correct vision. in every situation, one perseveres to become free from the bondage of mistakes. Therefore, one is constantly busy in seeing one’s own mistakes. One realises that the wrong that has happened is a result of my own causes and that no one is to blame. Consequently, one feels lighter, happier, and harmonious.

This science of the Self works naturally from within. It remains with you continuously providing scientific answers in every situation, thus helping you to develop spiritually higher and providing you the inner peace in every situation, no matter how demanding and challenging the circumstance may be.

So, once you have discovered the answer to the question, 'Who am I?', peace will naturally prevail within through the knowledge of the Self; this is a guarantee!
