The most effective and efficient therapeutic remedial measure for curing this delirious health illness involves a combination approach that includes stress relieving, inclusion of exercise, proper education regarding the condition and the use of medications.
Educating the patient about the clinical impacts of Fibromyalgia and helping them to cope up with the detrimental and varied types of symptoms is the primary and most significant approach for curing this condition. The next step includes reduction in the stress levels of patients afflicted with this condition, which is done by mitigating environmental responsible for causing stress or work related or personal issues.
The patients are recommended to undergo optimal sleep and carrying out some low or moderate physical exercises that include cycling, walking, etc. While, the diet prescribed for these patients should be a balanced diet that is packed with nutrients, fresh fruits and vegetables that contain loads of essential minerals and vitamins. Intake of alcohol and caffeine is a strict no for these individuals and also foods responsible for irritation of bladder and bowel should be avoided.
