In Deciding What to do With the Bradford County Speeding Ticket
Written by Hanzel Drew
Most of the time, a Bradford County speeding ticket is issued as the result of the drivers caught speeding over the required speeding limit through the devices that are used to determine how fast is the vehicle to cover a known distance.
In contesting in the court, majority of the judges do not pay much of their attention to mathematical calculations with regards to distance and speed, so it is really needed to have a defendant who knows how to convert complex mathematical terms into simpler digits. A moving car will cover 1.47 feet per hour in one second. To determine how far the car will travel, you have to multiply the speed by 1.47 ft.
Okay, let's start from the beginning. Is it your first time to receive a Bradford County speeding ticket? Yes? No? If it is your first time to receive one, what will you do? Will you make a decision to just pay the ticket and go on your way? Probably yes. I must agree, sometimes contesting in the court can be a hassle to our part. We do not want additional headaches to attend into court hearings just to win the simple Bradford County speeding ticket when in fact I can just leave it, pay it and get rid of it!
No, no ,no. Just think of this, when you just pay your traffic ticket and leave it all behind, do you think you are 100% free from the problem it may bring to your life? Of course not. Think of the penalty points that may be accumulated in your driving record. When you accumulated between three to six points you will be required to pay high insurance rates, or attend a traffic school and worst if you reached the maximum penalty points, you'll be gotten a suspension. You are no longer be allowed to drive anymore.
In contesting the Bradford County speeding ticket, you as the defendant must learn the rules and regulations of the traffic court. You must be knowledgeable if not on the legal terms, at least on the rules and regulations of speeding and how you get into that situation. Of course, you have been pulled over by the police. But why? You shall ask the police of the tool that was used to clock your speed. And if you got the information already, you can use it as an evidence or a way to gather more defenses in the traffic court. This might be quite daunting. But when you can get through this, you'll see how fighting is really worth it.
