Many people want to gain muscle and lose weight. They might know a thing or two about how to gain muscles but now we want to learn how to gain muscle mass.
Just remember that learning how to gain muscle mass is something that won't come overnight and you'll actually have to put in many hours at the gym.
You can actually lose weight and gain muscles at the same time. But right now, we’ll concentrate on gaining huge muscle mass. Here, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about building huge muscle mass! And by that, we mean gaining more than 10 pounds of muscle. Doubtful? Think again! Let me assure you that the courses offered on the site have been tested and proven effective by me personally. As a side note: during high school I was 150 pounds I am six feet tall. So if I can do it, anybody can.

Exercise Routines:
The possibilities for this one are endless. You should be able to explore and study the different options here yourself. This website is basically my thoughts on which courses and which workout programs have worked wonders for me. The point is to pick a workout routine, and stick with it at all costs. The most important thing is that you don’t give up...ever. You need to give the program your full dedication for at least 6 months. If you unfailingly give it your best, then believe me, you’ll be amazed at the results. Won’t you love to have the body?

Simply put, here’s what you should do to gain muscle mass:
A) Perform low rep exercises but use weights as heavy as possible.
B) Change your workout routines every 3 weeks.
As a sample, here’s routine number 1:
Bodybuilding Workout:
Monday: Chest and Back
Tuesday: Arms and Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs and Abs
Thursday: Chest and Back
Friday: Arms and Shoulders
Saturday: Work on your Legs and Stomach
