It’s the that time of the year where everyone goes crazy for the sales, every year I avoid it as I hate being pushed, also I can’t handle waiting in the queue for two hours just to pay for three items. This year I decided to go to the Boxing Day sales with the hope of finding an Extending dining table for my new house.
I moved into my new house over a month ago but couldn’t find a dining table small enough to fit in my small kitchen. When I eventually gave up looking, my best friend suddenly remembered there are extending tables available which would be perfect for my new kitchen.

So my hunt for the table begun but I wasn’t having much luck, I was hoping to find a good deal on the table on-line but none of them had any offers and I really couldn’t afford to pay full price on it. I had no choice but to head for the sales.

To make my time at the sales easy, I decided not to go in the morning as it will be packed with shoppers hoping to get all the good stuff. I will start my shopping after lunch when things have calmed down.

I still had one big problem to solve, who I take with me to the sales. I tried to bribe my mum with a lunch treat but she just wasn’t interested, my sister was already booked by her mates, so I was left with my best friend. I managed to convince my friend to join me in getting pushed and shoved around at the sales.
