This may show up as lack of clients, a lot of “busy-ness” without results or feeling uninspired. Being in a balanced energy state changes everything about what you are able to create through your business.

Secret Key #1: Acknowledge the value in taking time to rest, relax and rejuvenate.

The energy of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation is not only for a set part of your schedule, it can also be incorporated into daily business tasks. In fact, this is actually the essence of overall success and creating more business balance.

Taking time to step away from your business “busy-ness” to rest, relax and rejuvenate gives you…

The space for the inspired ideas (from the Universe!) to be heard (by you!) and then moved into manifestation.
The time to consciously align and activate your energies so that more of what you want comes into being.

Secret Key #2: Tap into the power of passive energy

When you activate both the feminine AND the masculine (or passive and active) forces of energy in your business it opens the door for balance. Each part of the energy pattern (passive and active) needs the other in support of the healthy whole.

In traditional business circles, there is no room for the passive energy. There is the collective belief activated that the only way to achieve success is to “make it happen” – to always be in the energy of ACTION. Secret Key #4: Accessing Your Inner Guidance

Each of us carries a guide within (often called intuition). You may sometimes be reluctant to trust this guide, because you are so accustomed to taking your cues from the outside rather than from the inside.

The truth of your own deepest being is trying to show you where to go right now, and when low level energies appear (fear, doubt, worry, judgment, blame, anxiety, etc.) it means you are being called to trust your inner guidance. It speaks in whispers and this can cause you to hesitate, not knowing if you’ve heard correctly. But the indications are always clear: in following your inner guide you will feel more whole and more connected, as if you are moving outwards from the very center of your being.

We’ve been taught, for the most part, to doubt this guide or to believe that it is either a complete and final answer, or none at all. The thing is, as you go with this guidance, you’ll begin to see that it is often an unfolding of one step at a time, and this is a continual reminder that this is all we can ever do anyway.

When you awaken this guide, your life and business will shower blessings and riches on you, much more than you could ever conceive of, or, that’s right, make happen on your own.

Secret Key #5: Create the space for both active and passive times within your business

To be able to clarify if you are coming from Ego or Spirit, and then to be able and willing to hear the guidance you are being given – you’ve got to get still and be quiet.

This is just like going to the gym: thinking about it won’t do much.

You must intentionally create the space to generate business-balance and strengthen this internal muscle. Otherwise, you stay only where you’ve always been.

Choose at least one “You Afternoon” a month, and put it in your calendar.
Block out at least 2 “You Retreats” (1-14 days off) that are about you going somewhere relaxing, fun, OFF and away. This is an opportunity for you to get quiet and open up to hear the guidance that is available to you; this is an essential energy re-charge.

This is separate from family/friend time – but block that off, now, too!

When you step into business balance and allow space to open your heart, Spirit comes in.
