Sex and sexuality constitute a major aspect of life. Sex should not only be for procreation. It also increases the intimacy between two persons and is also a source for pleasure. Sexual activities which include penile-vaginal intercourse (PVI) as well as masturbation can provide surprising benefits in different areas of your life:
  • emotional;
  • intellectual;
  • social;
  • physical;
  • psychological.
Paying attention to your sexual health is important, and it doesn’t only include avoiding diseases and unplanned pregnancies. It also involves the realization that sex plays a major role in your health and life, as reported by the American Sexual Health Association. How can sex benefit your body? A recent study has shown that sex is a good cardiovascular exercise for younger men and women. We won’t generally say that sex is enough exercise on its own, yet it still serves as a light exercise. The benefits that can be gotten from sex include:
  • increasing heart health ;
  • increasing libido;
  • reducing risk of heart disease, hypertension and stroke;
  • strengthening muscles;
  • lowering blood pressure;
  • burning calories.
People who engage regularly in sex tend to have a healthy lifestyle as they maintain good dietary habits and exercise regularly. How fit a person is physically will generally affect their sexual performance. Stronger immune system A study on immunity carried out on persons in a romantic relationship showed that couples who had sex up to twice a week had more immunoglobulin A (IgA) in their saliva, while those who engaged sparingly i.e. like once in two weeks, had a rather low amount of IgA. rnThe IgA is an antibody that helps to prevent illnesses and provides the first line of defense against human papillomavirus, or HPV. Surprisingly, persons who has a higher sexual activity, like three times a week showed the same level of IgA as those who had less frequent sex. This meant that stress and anxiety can possibly cancel out the possible positive effects of sex. Better sleep Oxytocin also referred to as the “love” or the “intimacy” hormone as well as endorphins are released by the body during orgasm. When these two hormones combine they can act as sedation. Better sleep can contribute to:
  • feeling more well-rested;
  • a stronger immune system;
  • having more energy during the day;
  • a longer lifespan.
When to find sex in Pandemic In this period of pandemic, the Chat rooms are seen as the best places where one can find adult live sex partner in the internet. It is quite hard to find a sexual partner that is smart, good looking and interested. Most persons that have had success, are those that have spent considerable amount of time in adult chat rooms. One good reason why you should consider a Webcam chat room is that it is a sure place for finding a live sex partner. Finding a partner online can be a very daunting task.
