When we are concerned about the safety of the food that we consume, we should have the clear idea about the term “food safety”. It is indeed the guarantee about the food that we consume, will not cause any kind of harm and is generally prepared and stored in various time-tested methods. How can we be determined about the safety of the food? Primarily, the food that is consumed should not cause any kind of injury to anyone and should not react in a reverse way. Secondly, the food that is prepared should be done with proper care and the factors that may harm an individual should be eliminated in the first place. Any eatery or a restaurant should prepare the foods under proper sanitary and dietary control methods as stated under the rules and laws of the government.

Elimination, control, and prevention are the three main steps that should be followed while preparing a food in the eatery or restaurant. People all over the globe deserves to get the perfect food for consumption rather than getting raw and rotten foods that may cause a health risk to one. Therefore, every eatery should follow proper food safety laws while preparing and delivering food to the customers. The Food and Drug Administration is actually the federal agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and keeps a proper check on all the cases that are related to the consumption of food away from one’s home. However, as a common public, one may not know about the steps to get the best and suited result for oneself. Food safety laws, maintain proper rules and laws that allow an individual to stay safe from all the dangers that one may face while he/she is dining out in a restaurant or an eatery.

There are generally more than 70 million cases that are found missing.
