Hi Dr. Z,    

Just sending you a quick note to let you know how well I'm doing.  It's a few days before Christmas and I have not gotten sick yet this Fall/Winter season.  I'm surprised because I typically get sick right before Thanksgiving and then again right before Christmas.  I think my immune system is stronger. 

I've taken the Pleo San Strep drops every day for 6 months and the Pleo Not drops every day for a little over a year as you suggested.  I think they have helped to boost my immune system. 

I used to have so many sinus infections and sinus irritation.  I could only go 2 weeks without some kind of sinus problem.  It was a year in October since I started seeing you and now I don't even have sinus problems.  It's amazing!  I am so glad I'm not still taking sudafed every day as directed by my medical doctor.  But I'm even more happy about the way I feel.  Thanks for making me feel good again!

Help during Fall and Winter for Colds and Flu's

The following items have been extremely useful in my clinical practice for y.oung and older patients as supportive therapy to help bring relief with with the typical colds and flu's during the winter months.

Flu Nosode Drops

For l.egal and political reasons I cannot and will not comment on their clinical relevance. You may be aware that I do not subscribe to the toxic and often very harmful model of allopathic Western Medicine. Having been born and raised in Germany - I may be somewhat biased towards the findings of my countryman Samuel Hahnemann.

Please do your own research and make up your own mind.

• As you can see from the content of our website - I personally prefer to do everything to create and support optimal brain and immune function.
