Type 2 diabetes is related with genetic and environment factors.

Gestational Diabetes:

  • Gestational diabetes occurs at the time of pregnancy but the symptoms can also remain during post pregnancy stage. Various hormonal changes take place during pregnancy. Placenta produces a hormone to sustain pregnancy. This hormone makes more cells that are resistant to insulin.
