Are you living the life you want and deserve? Are you happy with where you are in your life emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, etc.? Are you happy with your lifestyle, your career? If you answered 'No' to any of these, you need to consider life coaching. Once you realize what kind of life it is that you want and deserve, you need to write it all down. Be very specific in what it is that you want in your life and out of your life. For example, you can't just write down, 'I want to be healthier.' You need to be more specific and write, 'I am going to be healthier by drinking 8 glasses of water a day and exercise 3 times per week for 1 hour each session.' Or, 'I will weigh 120 pounds by June 1, 2011, by eating 3 servings of vegetables and fruits per day.'

You need to start taking action to live the life you want. Nobody can make you happy or give you the life you want on a silver platter. It is totally up to you. Therefore, if you are not happy, you need to think about what it is that is making you unhappy. Then, think about what it really is that you want in your life. Again, by writing it down very specifically and putting it somewhere where you can readily look at it and read it several times during the day. You can make it happen. With life coaching, the coach can help you on what it is that you want and help you to dig deep and see how it is that you are going to get what it is you truly want. Your coach will make you be accountable for what it is that you are doing to get it; thus, moving towards living the life of your dreams. It is possible, but you have to let it be possible. You may be your own worst enemy in sabotaging your dreams.

You may think you don't have any sabotaging thoughts, but if you are stuck in your life, personally, in your career, spiritually, etc., odds are your subconscious thoughts are sabotaging you from moving forward.
