People will think what is there so much of interest in bulletin board. But bulletin boards always attracted me when I was in school. The students in my school were divided in four houses. And, each house had to decorate and provide articles and feature stories to the bulletin board every week. It used to give me a feeling of immense happiness to decorate the bulletin board. Bulletin boards not only help in showing your creative skills in decorating the board but also by contributing articles, poems and short stories to it, sometimes even drawings. It helps to enhance their creative skill and encourages them to express their skills. Bulletin boards are not only meant for students but also for teachers who often make their valuable contribution to the board. The regular updating of these bulletin board helps in remembering the birthday of the students. In a school, thousands and thousands of students study. It becomes a difficult job for the teachers to remember birthdays of every student. In such a case, bulletin boards comes an aid for the faculty members to keep the birthday dates in mind. Making bulletin boards decoration a compulsory project let the students to express their creative end. Many times, students think that they are not creative enough to make their contribution in the bulletin boards. But, bulletin boards help them to discover their hidden skills.

This helps the tiny tots and even the grownups to make their competition to exhibit their talents stronger.

Earlier, the trend of utilization of bulletin boards was not much in the schools. But now comparatively more and more schools make use of the bulletin boards. The introduction of bulletin boards in the schools has proved to be beneficial for children. Students get exposure and they learn many things from the information’s hooked in the bulletin board .These types of boards are helpful especially for the shy or introvert students to express their thoughts without much interaction with the other people. Teachers get insight into the creative skills of students. It is even more helpful to save time of the teachers which they can use in other productive work or project. It also gives a colorful atmosphere to the classrooms which help to keep the teachers and the students to maintain an optimistic attitude in the classrooms.
