You may find it interesting to notice that while just about everyone would agree that world peace may seem like an impossible dream the truth of the matter is that if you are reading this world peace is within you.

In fact, whether you realize it now or later, world peace is indeed the impossible dream as long as you are not at Peace with yourself and the world around you.

And as you continue to read these words, you may find yourself wondering exactly how you can find Peace within yourself and the world around you when there is so much suffering, struggle, and war both within yourself and throughout the world.

That's why I suggest that in order for world peace to happen you can simply do your part and resolve to find and discover that Inner Peace within you.

What would happen if you found that Inner Peace within you?

Believe it or not, when just one person discovers and experiences that inner peace within them the entire world becomes more peaceful. The main reason for this is because our own individual Inner peace is a basic unit of peace and the world can't be peaceful without you being peaceful.

Likewise as you begin to experience and enjoy that Inner Peace within you sooner or later you might begin to notice that your Inner Peace is having a "spill-over" effect on those around you.

Can you begin to imagine what will happen when those around you begin to experience Inner Peace more and more simply by being around you? More than that can you also begin to realize that the more Inner Peace they experience the more that spill-over effect will transform the lives of those around them as well.

Focus on the air moving in and out of your lungs as you find yourself allowing these words to resonate within you and begin to recognize that the pathway to Peace begins with learning how to Love without conditions.

And as you begin to become aware that Peace begins by learning how to Love without conditions I want you to understand, just understand that the Love, Joy and Peace within you can be experienced more and more when you find yourself meditating on a daily basis.
