In a nutshell the documentary, created by filmmaker Stephanie Soechtig and journalist Katie Couric, investigates how the American food industry may be responsible for more sickness and obesity, especially in children, than previously realized. To say I was shocked at what I saw is an understatement. It’s appalling what has happened due to greed and lack of integrity in the name of success and profits.
