Dishonesty should never be an American way of life yet our president seems to practice it regularly. What a shame that the top leader of our country practices this more times than we realize. Was this the way he was raised as a child or is it something he just acquired since becoming a politician. This was one thing in my life when I was growing up that was never tolerated in our household.r

If you think aspirin is safe to use you better think again-because it isn’t safe. Now I know my research could stir up a big hornet’s nest. But here is some proof. But here is something rather shocking that is hard for me to believe. Even the FDA is giving aspirin a bad report. Most of the time the FDA endorses products, that to me, are usually harmful and deadly.
In most cases the traditional doctor’s education in medical school is about the same for all its students, so conventional doctor’s treatments are not usually the best ones. Recently my wife was admitted to the hospital because of chest pains. After several days of tests it was determined she had a partial blockage in one of her arteries and a stent was inserted. The doctor prescribed two high blood pressure prescriptions and two other drugs.
Now this may be a foolish question to ask but I am going to ask it again anyway. Is your doctor and auto repairman related? Think of this. When you want a qualified and conce ed doctor to take good care of you don’t you try a top-notch one? I believe your answer would probably be a “yes’ for sure. Well then shouldn’t you expect the same conce about your auto as well? Again I believe your answer would also be a “yes”
Paint pictures of your dreams and live joyously forever Here’s how you start. Find a place where you can get relaxed and comfortable. Close your eyes. Begin painting pictures in your mind. Visualize all the dreams you want to come true in your life. What you want to be. Where you want to go. What you want to do. Visualize them in detail. Then paint the pictures as clear, colorful and as magnificent as you can. Be sure to remember those pictures that are most important to you. You will want to save them in your picture album later.
If you haven’t taken charge by now to treat your body as well as a fine-tuned running engine, I seriously believe you should do it if you want to live a healthy life. It’s amazing today that so many people go through their earlier lives surprisingly healthy but by the time they reach early adult-hood their body is starting to become unhealthy. What’s happening here? Is their cultural changing? In my generation being healthy was not a big issue then. We ate healthy food. We were more active physically then too.r
I was reminded recently that life’s changes aren’t always acceptable but you live with them anyway. For some reaso I woke up with this thought the other morning. I don’t know why this thought came to me now except I’m going through some challenges in my life and they are not acceptable but I don’t have to live with them so I’m in the process of changing them. However there was a time in my earlier life when I did have to accept them. It was after I graduated from high school and decided after I had been out a year I was going to college.
It’s true – feeling good is good for me, for you and for everyone. But here’s the thing, I can only feel good for me when I feel good for you and everyone else. My purpose in life is to help others achieve their goals that they have always wanted in their life. That is why I wrote three books on health issues so people would get the true facts about how to take care of their body in a healthy way.
The day was a most beautiful one. A perfect day for the challenge was now here. The feeling was terrific and exhilarating too. It was a job that must be done even though there wasn't any encouragement from either family or friends. It was time for the jump anyway so the decision was made. What a view! It was better than anyone could have expected it would be. Ah! The feeling of perfect freedom was so exhilarating. That confident feeling now swelled in my chest even more than before.
It's sad but true the traditional doctor, in most cases, does not help people get well. In the first place most doctors don't spend enough time with you to find out exactly what ails you. Then to make matters worse they usually write a prescription for your ailment because that's is all they know what to do. Because most traditional doctors are not educated well enough in medical school about nutrition. They only know how to prescribe a drug to cure your illness.
