I am passionate about challenging myself to overcome barriers - and involve others in that too! Sky diving, abseiling and a gig-rowing corporate challenge (all for local challenges) are examples of this. I love to show that you can achieve so much with the right mindset.

With 17 years' experience in HR and Training in a range of industries I have spent many years helping people to be their best at work and out of it (the two interact of course).

I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and trainer with vast coaching experience and enjoy using any combination of these skills to inspire and motivate people to make changes to be their best and get the most out of their life.

As well as the corporate environment, I have worked with long term unemployed people on an ESF funded employability skills programme, individuals referred by companies, and friends and family - often the hardest group to work with!

Clients and colleagues have described me as friendly, funny, dedicated to inspire them, energetic, motivating, a breath of fresh air and someone they trust and value knowing.

The bespoke training experiences I have designed and developed includes career resettlement, management development, soft skills, work skills and team building. Combining that with coaching and NLP is really exciting and gives me a fabulous 'tool bag' to open when faced with situations!

 Above all I am passionate about helping people to be their best.
