 I entered into real estate investing business in the early 1990s. I was motivated at that time by Tony Robbins as his story moved me to pursue my goals and give me that jump start I needed. Believing in yourself is the key to success.

Starting out I bought all the get rich quick courses, and took Realestate Seminars only to find out that I needed more invformation than just tapes could provide for. It took a few years to really truly believe in my capabilities and then I hooked up with positive people, read all Tonys books, and my career was going well. The Law of Attraction came along and the movie "The Secret" and that propelled me to new heights. I finally realized we draw what we desire to us. Negativity has no place in my life.. I am only around people who build me up rather than people who down me, or dont believe me, or make fun of my dream.

Of course now all the ones that said you will never make it  are eating their words and saying "I knww you could do it"

For some reason people always get on your band wagon when your a success but on the way up they slow you down from your goals. So keep that in mind when your trying to accomplish something.

I started Investing in Realestate with NO money down, or low money down using other peoples money. My first deal I about fell over making $30K... I couldnt believe it. But I thanked God that I fianlly figured it out. Getting there wasnt easy. I can truly say Ive been through the school of hard knocks. We live.. we learn.. and we take what we need and lesve the rest. Set your mind on "I CAN" rather than "I CANT".

Now I mentor, and coach men and women world wide that want to  become a successful real estate investor.

I prefer teaching you hands on.. rather than by getting you to buy all the books. So if your truly serious about your life where its headed and your a fast learner. I can teach you what I know in just a matter of a few days with a crach course that will get you started meking great money. You can come to me, or I can come to you... I will travel in the US only at thie time.

Like a degree from a University.. my Crash Course  mentorship is expensive... and it should be; but it's worth it. If I come to you, and I teach you in your neck of the woods.. you will find it easier to do when I return to my home.  You can choose a Crash Course which is 2 days or you can choose to have me couch you for 1 week in your hometown. the investment you make will make you that and many times over.. turst me. I wish I had a mentor to walk me through what I know now rather than struggling through it all. The paperwork seemed to be the hardest but its easier when someone walks you through it.
