For small startup businesses, this method is crucial as they have to relay to their customers some very specific messages in relation to the services and goods they are offering. It is, therefore, very important also for business owners to meticulously review and create messages targeted to a specific audience, be it for their consumers or their own workforce.
We often have a long list of things we want to have in our lives before we think we’ll be ready for the main thing we want. As an example, many people say that they don’t want to be married until they earn “x” dollars. Others say that they want to own a home before having children.
Prioritizing tasks and projects (and whatever else is on our plate) can be challenging for anyone. For multi-talented people, it's even more difficult because modern day DaVincis have that many more things on our 'to do' lists. How to decide what to do? How to choose what to focus on among the plethora of projects – some nascent glimmers, some already in progress, some prematurely abandoned or ‘paused’? Should we finish that pesky historical novel that’s been underway for the past decade or should we start composing the horror musical we just thought of?

Why not Choose to be Happy today instead of mad. We all can choose the minute we wake up if we want to have a great day or a bad day. Once you get out of bed why not tell yourself that today is going to be a great day. Talk about some things that you are going to accomplish today. It is so much better to choose to have a great day. Something good to read when your wake up could be the Optimist Creed.

"Death is not the biggest fear we have; our biggest fear is taking the risk to be alive - the risk to be alive and express what we really are.” - Don Miguel Ruiz Wouldn’t it be wonderful have a fool proof strategy for getting unstuck and moving forward again whenever you find yourself in the grip of fear? I once had an almost obsessive desire to discover ‘the magic formula’ for overcoming fear in any situation. Passionate Self Care One of the surest methods to stay on a focused, purposeful course in your business, relationships … in all of your life, is to take extra special care of yourself. “The man, who is born with a talent which he is meant to use, finds his greatest happiness in using it.” - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe I’m sure you’d agree that most people spend a lot of their time doing things they’re not passionate about. As you read through the following four categories think about how much time you spend in each area. Incompetence: these are the activities that you don't do well and that you have no interest in doing. When you spend time in the area of “incompetence” there’s no potential for your growth, advancement, or fulfillment.

How to Let Bygones Be Bygones In working with others, I coach clients and sponsees to find tools and answers to issues that prevent them from having the abundant life they want. Things that prevent us from living the life we want and can live are common. Living in the past and collecting new garbage frequently is one of those issues. Deep down you know that there is simply nothing you can do to change the past.

Mommy really doesn't know much right now, but I promise you I will. The only thing I do know is mommy loves you more than words, more than actions. Mommy loves you as though you are her heart, spirit, and soul wrapped in one... without a beginning or an end. There is no depth or breath to my love, because how can there be when it's everywhere?!
Whenever I give a lecture or teach a class – no matter if it’s a class in soul contracts, intuition, animal communication – two of the most common questions I receive are “How do I know what my Soul Contracts are?” and “How can I master my Soul Contracts?” I love these questions as Soul Contracts are my absolute favorite thing to talk about, look at, examine… In my world, they yield as much information as a Numerology or Astrological reading except that they also provide information on how to shift things more positively (numerology and astrology don’t do that yet!)
Disappointment is a killing feeling we know too well. It is a feeling of sinking in the heart, body, mind and soul. You literally feel your energy level goes down gradually, until it almost touches your feet. It feels like sadness merged with bits of anger. It can be described as the antonym of anticipation, like anticipation gone bad.

If so, please move along, there’s nothing to see here. (And we welcome you to submit blog posts about what keeps you organized).

Today I was coaching someone who wants to make a career change. Not what she'd be doing, specifically, just how good it would feel.

The third step on the path to becoming all that you are in this life, is realizing we are all one! I don’t just mean this in the way you might think. Realizing something is the act of making it real or manifesting it in your life. So, not only is this about understanding that we are all one, but this is also about manifesting the concept that we are all one into your physical reality. It is important to understand the evolution of this process and so I will review a bit of what I have said previously. The first step was letting go of ego.

Today I find myself collecting spiders to use with a client with a phobia. I’d usually spend most of the time either ignoring them, killing them or sweeping them off my walls… but today I am actually actively looking for them. Who would have thought! I used to fear them myself once, but now, I really don’t see the point. Do you suffer from a paralysing phobia? Are irrational fears keeping you from living a normal life?
When I was growing up in my predominately Euro-protestant mid-weste culture, eastern philosophies and religions were at best a distant curiosity colored by our naïve stereotypes made worse by popular post WWII generalizations about “Orientals”. Among those stereotypes, we dismissed meditation ...
Here are five strategies to help you overcome failure. As always, these are in no particular order. So with that said, let’s go: 1. Stop avoiding failurer The more you avoid failure, the greater are the chances that you will become involved with it. The reason is that the more you try not to fail, the more reserved you will become in your approach; and the more reserved you become, the more your approach will be from a negative perspective. I am always talking to people about “Running towards what you do want, rather than walking away from what you don’t”.
Have a million things going on? Want to be more creative and also be more efficient? Do yourself a favor: declutter and organize your space. You’ll get more done and you’ll be more creative – while avoiding distractions, procrastination and stress. Here’s an overview of the steps to take to organize your space for maximum creativity and efficiency: 1. Declutter. Get rid of what you don’t need.
