My relationship with Reiki started long before I even knew the word "Reiki". My first "teacher" was my beloved cocker spaniel named Prince. I was convinced he could read my mind which I later learned he was actually reading my energy. Prince was my constant companion, my playmate, my friend, as well as my teacher. In early 2020 my Reiki practice became extremely because of the COVID-19 crisis. After people started dying from COVID-19, I began getting phone calls for Reiki. What I have learned since Spring 2020 is that Reiki is a valuable tool in helping clients to heal from this devastating illness. I have worked on about 20 people with COVID to varying degrees of illness from in the hospital on heart-lung machine ECMO and ventilators to showing very little symptoms but having a highly emotional response to having the virus.

To better understand self one must become familiar with the multiple dimensions of our being and the intelligent energy that works through these dimensions of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical self. This understanding will lead to embodiment, realizing the divine self within and then manifesting it in our physical form. The enlightened self is able to make use of this power for healing, personal growth, and experiencing a better connection with the creative source. n
