Take a moment and look at your personal, professional and spiritual life; what are your thoughts?

Are they positive, negative, neutral, indecisive, anxious, confused, doubtful, hopeful, worried, excited, etc.?

There is no better time then right now to start doing regular "thought checks".

What images or beliefs come to mind as you think about yourself, your health, your home, work, sex, relationships, certain people or people in general, God, finances, the future, etc.?

The way you view and what you believe about people and situations can make your life a misery or a mystery.

Begin observing your wondrous mind as it wanders off in all directions, with all kinds of scenarios. Maybe you hypothesize, fantasize, or have catastrophic thoughts. Don’t discount any of these gems as there is much to learn from all of them.

They can uplift you or keep you down. They can be hopeful or hopeless. They can be filled with strength or weakness. They can be centered or off balance, determined or defeated, propel you forward or backward, kind or cruel, loving or hateful, etc.

Look at your thoughts as if through a window. Try not to judge them, rather explore them. What are they saying to you and about you?

Once you recognize "how" you are thinking then you have a choice of becoming fixated on, or fluid within the thoughts.

Spend time exploring your beliefs in the areas below. Write down 3 thoughts you have in each area, whether positive or negative.

Then ask yourself, "Are these thoughts and beliefs in alignment with my "true self" and my dreams? If not, you can say, "What I choose now is _______."
