Accept me as I am; whatever my faults may be, my weaknesses and my strengths. Like me and love me unconditionally. The old is the old, change has taken place, and time has put a divider in between friends.

Learn to look through new eyes, a new perspective, and with new hope. Look through imperfections; as life, people and things are not perfect. When you learn unconditional acceptance, you accept all, universally.

Unconditional Acceptance does not just apply to people; it applies to all living things and situations. You help someone because you are able to do so, even if you are not, you still try. You expect nothing in return and you are in acceptance of their situation.

Sometimes we don’t understand an entire situation, or path that we’re on. We just strive forward and work diligently accepting that we are not to know everything that is supposed to happen in our life. Sometimes we just can’t question and have to accept unconditionally that we are on the right path.

This is me…kind, considerate, happy, moody, lovable, persistent, determined, significant, and encouraging. This might not be how you see me, but I see you unconditionally and I accept both the good and the bad traits that you have. How you see me does not matter, what matters is how I see myself.

Within me are a lot of traits, some good and some bad. It is I who decide which one to bring out and use which makes me the best me that I can be. It is in you which you decide to be. Who am I or anyone else to decide if it is good or bad, right or wrong?

To accept yourself unconditionally is the strongest love that you have. There are no limits, no boundaries, and no strings attached. You have to love yourself unconditionally before you can love someone else unconditionally.

No strings attached means no bargaining to love yourself. Here are some examples:
I will like myself more when I lose ten pounds.
I will love myself more if dye my hair a different color.
I will like myself more if I do what Becky says.

The end result is you have to love yourself for who you are, unconditionally. You are the person standing in front of the mirror, with your perfection, your flaws, and ideals, standing in truth. Love who you are, accept who you are, unconditionally.
