Many people have constant thinking going on all the time, day or night, rain or shine. Their mind is working overtime with trivial things running through their head which cause a lot of stress. But it doesn’t have to be that way, we can move from constant thinking to feeling in a very short time and feel at ease and find peace.

Take for instance a man who always has his mind running here and there trying to figure out something trivial. By the end of the day he is mentally exhausted and stressed to the max. And he unable to really enjoy life when he is not working because his mind is going all the time. Thus he’s always riding around with a merry-go-round of a mind which is totally out of control.

Constant thinking creates stress, stress creates acidity in the body, and acidity creates inflammation and that inflammation creates disease. Thus from constant thinking we create something that we really don’t want in our life in the way of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other health challenges.

But if we move from constant thinking to constant feeling everything changes

If we move from constant thinking to feeling everything changes in amazing ways. Give this short exercise a try — Check in with your body, what are you feeling right now? Are your shoulders tight? Let them relax and droop down, that’s right just let them go. Is your scalp tense? Then take some deep breathes and allow your scalp to release all that tension and feel at ease. Is your lower back a bit tight and painful? Then take a few more deep breathes and allow your back to let go and feel at ease.

Now what do you feel in your heart? Are you anxious? Are you excited? Are you sad? What are you feeling in your heart? Now talk to yourself about that feeling. What is that feeling all about? Why you are having this feeling? More than likely there is no reason for that feeling all. And once you talk about that feeling, perhaps even talking about it out loud with yourself… maybe while talking to yourself in your office or in your car that feeling will disappear.

Once we start constantly feeling, all our stress starts to melt away. And that cyclic process of creating acid in our body which leads to inflammation and disease disappears.

And the process of moving from constant thinking to constant feeling can be learned in a very short time. Most of what we think about all day long has nothing to do with anything important. Of course at work or when we are doing something important we have to think. But 90% of the time our mind is working overtime with trivial stressful thoughts that really don’t do us any good at all. But if we start doing constant feeling instead life changes in amazing ways. We are able to concentrate better, we have better health, we are more relaxed, we have more resilience to stress because we are not always stressed to the max. And when we are not working we are able to enjoy life, thus our family life is better and life in general is much more enjoyable.

This learning process takes practice, but within one week anyone can learn to move from constant thinking to constant feeling. And constant feeling allows us to connect to our God within which resides in our heart. And thus we have great peace because for the first time we are listening to our heart.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
