Hello, my name is Leonardo Ramirez. I
had been working as an Enterprise and SOA Architect for almost 11
years. After many years of successful job in many Industries looking
for align Business and IT in our organizations, i had develop a
holistic approach called OM4LB Ontology Model for Life and Business.
i´ve been traveling from all over the
world working in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile,
Argentina, United States, Hong Kong, and UK.
Any real successful project was about
aligning our inner self (relational,mental,physical,spiritual and
finantial) with a harmonic team work peak performance. It was about
working toguether as human beings. Only when people recognize their
strength, their real purpose, their skills, when everyone in a team do
not ignore their own call and purpose, projects become huge.
This year i´ve been giving IT conferences from Orlando to Hong Kong , I wrote my second IT book in Raleigh , living these principles in my dayly life.
No one person has all ideas.
