She has traveled around the globe as a consequence of her professional involvements noted among which are in Asia, the USSR, and the UK . She has an extensive service record with government's planning and development authority serving various social development sectors like social welfare, women, disability, children and the special groups. Added to this, she had worked as well in specialized settings in social work i.e. veterans' welfare, population ,social development planning and the legislative branch of the Philippine government.
As an OD-HRD Consultant, she had served a varied cross-section of clients from government, the international organizations, the private sector, interest groups and the Catholic Church.
She has been involved in many diversified pioneering work related like, among others, peace and order, spirituality, family planning and population, water treatment,women in development, children, process consultation interventions/modules for planned change and of late, in social entrepreneurship promoting a pioneering program on shelter she herself had developed. She is also active in Catholic evangelization and Christian values advocacy through print media.
She has a rich mix of expertise suitable for planned change processes. She has written a number of technical papers, co-authored technical manuscripts and prepared documents for presentation in international fora.
She has evolved from a social worker to a development planner and organization development consultant to an executive/life coach, social entrepreneur and inspirational writer. She is involved in creative and inspirational writing as well as advocacy on Christian life values. She is adept in deskstop publishing being engaged for twelve years now in publication and print media.
