Progress, progress, progress is the name of the game my friends. For, progress, is key to success motivation. Everyone that I know wants to progress and move forward uninhibited in any way possible. It’s unbelievable the level of frustration, unhappiness and dissatisfaction that ensue from the lack of progress either personally or professionally today in our society. It is simply improbable to progress without any definite direction, sense of purpose and crystal clear goals.

Turn up the chic by dressing up and wearing your strengths. How many times have you heard “be strong”? If you could have a dollar every time someone said that or “you can do it” you’d be rich, right? What does it really mean? Here are two definitions: 1. An asset of special worth or utility; "cooking is her forte" 2. A quality, activity, or skill in which a person excels

I was faced with an interesting question from my younger son the other day. He meandered into the kitchen and said was it all right if he used my The New Raw Food Detox Diet book as a plate for his chocolate cake. There were so many things wrong with this questio I didn't know where to begin. Not that Natalia Rose, the author of the eponymous book, is against chocolate, but I don’t think huge teenage-sized slices of chocolate cake qualify for good nutrition.

We all have people around us who can make us lose control. How can we treat them? Yes, they live around us. Whether they are people from your close environment or people from you deal with rarely, you are getting crazy from the first moment you are discussing with them. You cannot communicate with them. You just cannot! There is a solution, take a look… Get yourself out of the equation

How can someone achieve something that he really wants? What kind of tools can one use? What to expect, when your dreams and goals, do not become real? I am sharing my experience with you, hopefully it will help you accomplish your ambitions!

Today the word "work" has come to mean something to be avoided as much as possible for many people. But there is value in work. Not just for the money you can earn from it, but from the person you get to become. Hard work draws out talents and capacities that may otherwise have laid dormant.

Who am I? To answer this, we must first learn to become more aware of ourselves. To be aware, we need to step outside ourselves and objectively watch ourselves in action. We live most of our lives by habit. These habits keep us stuck in self-limiting patterns. Once we identify these unconscious patterns, we then have the choice to change them.

Too often we allow our fears to prevent us from achieving our goals or living the life we truly want to live. Fears have no boundaries and differ from person to person. We can be fearful of anything ranging from relationships to rabbits! In this newsletter I am going to focus on facing our ‘ small’ fears, the one’s which may not have a huge impact on our life but in their own way, can make our life less enjoyable and somewhat ‘ smaller’. What is a fear?

Do you believe that anything is possible? What usually holds us back from having the success we desire is just the simple notion that we will not be able to. Whatever the reasons are for believing that doesn't really matter at the moment. If you have decided that you cannot do something, please realize that you have made that choice. It's just as simple to make the opposite choice! You see, having the success you desire is all about you. You are the key to your success! You have the potential! It's already there! You just have to decide what you're going to do with that potential.

Fear can trap us in lives of quiet desperation that leave us thirsty for purpose, hungry for depth and disconnected from the unique potential that lies within us. News reports and social media can spark fear in our minds at times. Media’s delivery of national and international health issues, political attacks and the state of the economy can make us feel vulnerable, and we begin to worry.
