Zig Ziglar explains success in life using the analogy of a water pump. You must prime the pump before you start getting water. In other words, you must put something in, before you get something out.
I love that video! The visual aid (the pump) really helps to drive the point home that you have to 'put something in' before you can 'get something out.' For some reason, though, the video made me thirsty.
Zig Ziglar's message is so true about most of the challenges in life.
We must stick with our efforts until we get the results desired.
Too often, and I have been guilty of this in the past,we stop just short of victory.
If we have done our home work(research) and all or most indications are favorable, we must stay the course until we get the results.
I love the video from Zig Ziglar. True enough. You cannot get something from anything if you did not invest on it. Once it starts to pour out, it will flow.
I love Zig Ziglar. His stories have a way of putting things into prospective. He makes us realize that strategy for success takes hard work and effort before seeing results. In other words it takes persistance and determination over a prolonged period to get what one wants.
