Most Americans do not provide much thought to the health of their colons. But just about everybody in the United States is in need of colon care and this is not only due to our lifestyles, but to the fact that we have been fed food in our lives that has led to serious colon conditions that could be stopped by simply caring for our colons.

As you grew up, you may have not been fed the most nutritious meals. Until recently, it was no big deal for parents to regularly take their children to lunch or dinner at fast food restaurants and to fill up on burgers and fries. At the same time, most of us did not eat the healthiest of school lunches either. It has not been until recently that both parents and schools have made a greater push to ensuring that we eat healthy and fresh foods and not as much processed and toxic foods.

Much of the food that we have eaten in our lives has caused toxins to build up and clog our colons. Over time, this causes decay that then turns into a stagnant cesspool of toxins and decaying cells. When this cesspool forms, it has nowhere else to go but to spread throughout our bodies, which causes an overall decay in our health, not to mention a clogged colon.

There are several symptoms of clogged colons including:
•Fatigue
•Headaches
•Nausea
•Low sex drive
•Memory loss
•Insomnia
•Prostate troubles
Obesity
Depression

All of these issues can simply and quickly be resolved by caring for your colon properly. One manner in which you can do this is to use colon hydrotherapy. This uses purified water to gently irrigate the colon. This therapy removes the cesspool of toxins, parasites, mucous and feces that have not been able to escape the colon and has been sending toxins throughout the body. One patient, ad some 25 pounds of toxic waste removed from their body through this simple process.

Once you remove this toxic cesspool, your colon no longer has to overly function and produce excess amounts of mucous. It also stops sending toxins throughout the body, which leads to your natural immunity being restored and increase in your overall feeling of health and well-being.
