Hello, I'm Dr. Diondra. Thank you for your interest in natural health and raw living foods. For the greater portion of my life I have studied alternative healing and followed a fresh food vegetarian diet. I am certified in many alternative healing modalities including: aromatherapy, iridology, Body Talk, Attitudinal Healing, Quantum Entrainment and others. In 1998, I discovered raw living foods as a result of a major health challenge. It was the best discovery I have ever made!! Since then I have followed the living foods lifestyle with extrodinary success. My life and awareness has grown and expanded in ways I never thought possible and I am healthier and more energetic than I was at 21. I received my doctorate in Naturopathy in 2002 from Trinity College and have been teaching and lecturing on the benefits of living foods ever since.
Graduating from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute as a Chef / Instructor in 2005 has added to the gourmet aspect of my teaching and personal chef abilities. I currently lecture, teach classes and workshops, do private consultations, and offer personal chef services. I also travel and create classes for groups of 12 or more. I have been featured on both radio and television as a health expert and chef, and am a frequent contributor to Associated Content, Self Growth and others. In 2005, I was awarded Tops in Town Raw Food Chef, Las Vegas, NV. The beautiful and tasty gourmet foods you see on my site are some of the recipes I teach. To stop your mind and relax; take your index finger and place it in the middle of your forehead right between your eye brows. Concentrate only on your finger for 1 minute. What are you feeling? Is it hot, or cold? How does your skin feel? Smooth, rough, wet, dry? Keep all of your concentration right there on your finger at the point it touches your forehead. When about 1 minute has passed, remove your finger, take a couple deep breaths and feel how relaxed and centered you are now. Enjoy this feeling and peace. You can create this feeling anytime you wish in just 1 minute. Do it often throughout your day, and see what a difference it makes in your life and health.
