As I completed my newest book “ A Mandala Of Awakening- A Medium’s Life In Transition, The Truth Behind The Magic” I was elated to finally send it off to the publishers. I was elated about how far I’ve come along in my own life and couldn’t wait to share with others a snippet of my life. Eventually, more one-to-one sessions increased along with a growing involvement toward helping others regain their sense of ‘who they are’ and ‘what it was they were meant to do in their lives’.

Everything and everyone must change and evolve if it, they, are to not only survive but thrive. The concept of evolution has often been used when speaking about the origin of humankind and the evolvement of a particular species. But have you ever thought of the evolution of sex? As human beings evolve from being homosapiens to becoming homospiritus, then it would naturally follow that something as important and significant as sex, and the way we choose to perceive and use it would evolve as well.

Great Spiritual Teachers have always counseled humanity that the world has meaning. Our soul has descended from the divine, and it has come here with an attainable purpose - a need for worldly experience, spiritual awakening, and perfection, before it returns once again to the divine. They tell us that the visible world is grounded in a higher order of reality, which is the source of life and life’s meaning, and which is only accessible through higher levels of Mind.

Realizing Your Potential There are a lot of people who have come to me to say "The Secret" doesn't work for me. I've tried to manifest (money, relationship, health, etc.) but to no avail, it seems not to work for me. There are people who want to make some amazing, positive, changes in their lives but truly have not been informed as to 'how'. This is where I come in. I usually go over the critical 10 list with them, one by one, and we begin to sort out all that truly needs re-examining first. It's like going to a new restaurant: You need to look at their menu to know what to order.

If we think that this life has a purpose, then just what is it we are supposed to learn? After life is said and done will we have learned all the things what we were supposed to? To add meaning to life it is worthwhile to think about some of the things we think we should learn in life.

Riding my bike to town today I was reminded of how learning to ride a motorbike has been one of my most challenging and rewarding ventures in recent years. Now, several years down the track, I can luxuriate in the sense of power, balance and absolute presence that riding my beautiful black machine promotes. However, it was a different story when I started learning. The FEAR was at times almost overwhelming! You know, in your guts, that this piece of very heavy machinery you are riding is dangerous. Its dead weight can easily fall over.

Thirty two years ago I officially stepped on "the path," the sacred path. It is a journey that one takes perhaps in many lifetimes. Within three months I started my work with massage, I began my weekly metaphysics classes, and my beautiful sister Donna was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I started my study of the physical body as I entered the world of Spirit. It has been quite a journey...always something new to learn and experience. My sister left this planet after suffering for one and one half years. I learned that there was a reason for her suffering.

We all live our lives based upon our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Through these experiences we all tend to develop a “philosophy” about the world in which we live. Depending upon the lens through which we view the world, our philosophy is strengthened or weakened daily based upon our limited and biased judgments.

Faith is an inner conviction and knowing based on a clear understanding of Universal Law. When you understand the truth of life, your own self, and the creative process then you have a valid foundation for faith. When you act from this knowledge then you are living with faith. It is not something extra you bring out when you want some added benefit in life, but is the way you act from moment to moment when you know the truth.

Driving to Oroville, a five-hour inland trek from the Califo ia coast, I was hot, sweaty and creased to the car seat. As I neared my destination, I passed a sign posted outside a shack that read, Chocolate-covered prunes. I broke up. This is an oxymoron! Prunes are a biological green light. Chocolate is a red light. Eating the two together is a mixed blessing, likely to create a traffic jam in your intestines.

The following is a script for a healing meditation. This is based on one of the meditations I have been using for my own healing. Use this as a beginning. Poverty consciousness is the belief that there will not be enough for you. This could be food, money, attention, or any number of things, but it manifests as a fear of lack.

It's easy to have doubts about almost everything nowadays. A goal is not the end of the path. It is what bring us near and connects us to it.
