Vitamin B 5 is a member of the B complex family of vitamins. It is a stable form of pantothenic acid. It can be found in foods such as wheat germ, liver, egg yolks, milk, nuts, yeast, fish, whole bran cereals, oatmeal and fresh vegetables including peas, sweet potatoes, molasses and more.
