(You guessed it, that's what brain entrainment does)
Alpha pattern occurs after you close your eyes and relax. When you're absorbed in a book, or making a painting, or knitting, you are probably in an alpha brainwave state. The slower your alpha pattern, the deeper sense of inner peace you feel.
Theta pattern is associated with REM sleep, when you are dreaming. In theta waking moments, you are engaged in creativity, memory and healing, and you may have an a-ha experience. This state is the doorway to the unconscious mind.
Delta is the slowest brain wave pattern and is associated with dreamless sleep. If you happen to have a waking delta pattern moment, rarely attained even with traditional meditation, you can experience a feeling of unity and oneness with everything. The brain entrainment technology I use slowly takes you through the brainwave patterns and holds you in a delta state, where you attain profound acceleration in your growth.
